DDS uses high tech roof coatings. By applying a "seamless roof membrane system" to most roof surfaces, we can coat your roof and give a 10 year warranty at far less cost than replacement. This is a very effective alternative for propery owners and managers.

The urethane waterproofing coatings (see Suppliers Link) are designed for most roof substrates. Its toughness, elasticity, and high tensile strength provide good puncture resistance. The coatings protect and seal urethane foam, EPDM, and other sheet roofing systems, as well as metal and composite roofs. We use this coating material along with a reinforcing polyester fabric embedded in seams and damaged areas. Applied correctly (which of course we do!) the manufacturer warrants the material for 10 years. Using its products, we warrant the labor for the same 10 year period. Under our full service warranty plan, with annual inspections, limited repairs, and perhaps another full coating at the 10 year mark, we could extend the life of your roof to 20 years.
